![]() ![]() Waiting for pally to farm minimizes losses & with just one grey village in his closest area, he wouldn’t be missing out on that much (as long as one of his neighbors didn’t start farming in that interval anyway).Įven if he could farm all resources from all 5 of the closer villages, that would bring his total income to 6×128 = 768 of each resource per hour. At least wall and market are not THAT expensive, so he could have built a few spears to be done at the same time his pally was around 20 ST. Given that you can build slightly more than 11 spears per hour with barracks 1 (which costs 550 wood 330 timber and 110 iron) he obviously didn’t max out spear production early on: His income would be 128 of each resource per hour & he built a number of buildings before pally would have been finished. However, he built many things before he’d have a chance to build up a significant number of spears for farming … so I expect that he will not maintain his current position and will tank hard. He has a good starting location with a bonus village diagonal from his, 4 other grey villages close by & 3 more on the edges of the pic. The market seems a bit early too, though with 6 iron mine I can understand building it somewhat early. On this surface this is a good farming start, bar the wall … which will be useless for 3 days. ![]() ![]() 78 (17 ST): 3 HQ, 3 warehouse, 1 farm, 1 hiding place, 6 wood, 6 clay, 6 iron.I’m fairly certain that the point increases map to the following: The account has 171 points and appears to have built immediately to statue + barracks for farming (their 0 ODA backs up that they have attacked, but have not killed anything). While rank doesn’t mean that much in the first day, lets take a look at our current leader as of 2 ST: edh9. However, given that the minimum farm size will be 6 wood, 6 clay and 6 iron, farming will still be quite profitable. All this means that farming is not quite as important (harder to farm when the game is moving at 2x speed and the unit speed means farming is 50% slower than a normal world even if you could keep all troops moving 100% of the time). World 32 is a fast world, but while it has a server speed of 2.0, it’s troop speed of 0.5 means that the actual movement speed of troops is normal speed (2*0.5 = 1). Everyone started with accelerated villages with 6 of each resource building. The first of two new worlds with interesting speed mods, 32 kicked off this morning. ![]()
